Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in Manual testing in Functional, Regression, System, Integration and UAT testing
• Knowledge about Automation Testing
• Experience in web and mobile based application testing
• Should be operational as an individual contributor as well in test case preparation ,Test data setup and test execution
• Experience in Agile preferred(Experience in scrum, sprint, backlog planning)
• Should have hands-on experience in Team management, Mentoring juniors, Daily status Reporting, Developers Co-ordination
• Should be able to handle small-mid size team independently as a Test lead including activities such as Test planning, Test execution, Defect Management, Status Reporting and Test Reports
• Should be able to write test cases and review
• Thorough understanding and solid hands on experience in all types of functional testing
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Multitasking capabilities and leadership qualities required
• Quick learner and proactive approach needed
• Should be able to foresee issues/roadblocks that could possibly delay deliverables and proactively escalate to QA Manager
Required Skills:
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2-3 years of Team leading, Team Management, Lead level activities
• Hands on experience in all types of Black box testing (smoke, sanity, integration, regression, UAT)
• Any testing related certification will be an added advantage
• API testing, Database testing and Automation testing can be an added advantage
• Problem solving attitude
