About the Role
This role is responsible for driving seamless HR operations and employee lifecycle management by working closely with business and line management teams.
The incumbent will play a key role in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR strategy execution, ensuring a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including leadership, department heads, finance, and learning & development teams.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager – HRBP
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding & induction process
- Documentation & employee file management (digital & physical)
- Conduct exit formalities & coordinate Full & Final settlements
- Maintain employee master data in HRIS (e.g., KEKA)
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (monthly activities, celebrations, townhalls, etc.)
- Coordinate employee recognition programs (R&R, birthday/anniversary celebrations)
- Support employee wellness initiatives
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and pulse checks
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvement areas
- Support culture-building initiatives and internal communication
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation
- Provide payroll inputs (attendance, leave, reimbursements)
- Coordinate with vendors (insurance, background verification, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to company policies & labour laws
- Must have worked on POSH Compliance and report submission
HRIS & Data Management
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS – KEKA
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Employee Support & Query Resolution
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
- Provide policy clarification and benefits guidance
- Maintain grievance and resolution tracker
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Create and update HR SOPs
- Streamline HR operational processes
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports
Requirements and Skills
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Communication & People Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage and influence people.
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Labor Legislation Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- HR Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.
