What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development (Hunting)
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
• Execute outbound strategies including Proactive Client Outreach, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling sales pitches
• Close deals while meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets
Account Management (Farming)
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Strategic & Revenue Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth through a mix of acquisition and retention strategies
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics
• Contribute to sales strategy and process improvements
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
• Communicate client feedback to product and operations teams
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and closures
• Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably US market exposure)
• Strong experience in both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (account
management)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Comfortable working in US time zone
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and outreach strategies
